The conference will take place at Örnvik Konferenshotell in Luleå, Sweden.

Costs & Fees

Conference fee

The ordinary registration fee lower can be paid until December 1st 2008 at the latest. After December 1st the registration fee is higher.

Students (including PhD students) are entitled a student discount. Students should be able to verify their student position at the registration in Luleå.

Prices:
Registration fee – 600 SEK (paid no later than December 1st)
Student fee – 300 SEK (paid no later than December 1st)
Increased registration fee – 1000 SEK (after December 1st)
Lunch, dinner and coffee – 1231 SEK (paid directly to Örnvik hotel in Luleå)

Payment

The regristration fee can be paid as follow:

• Visa/Masterkard thru the registration page (extra fee 25 SEK)
• Bank transfer
• Invoice (extra fee 40 SEK)

Instructions for how to pay by bank transfer will be included in the conformation of registration.

N.B., costs for food and accommodation should be paid directly to Örnvik hotel in Luleå.

Food

The cost for all coffee, lunch and dinner during the conference is 1231 SEK (25 % VAT included). The food is paid directly to Örnvik hotel in Luleå.

If you have any food allergies or need vegetarian diet, please let us know in the registration form.

Accommodation

Accommodation booking is done at registration but paid in Luleå.

Prices:
Doubble room – 1 344 SEK for 3 nights
Single room -  2 218 SEK for 3 nights (Fully booked!)
Hostel accommodation – 900 SEK for 3 nights (Bring your own sheets and towels)

Registration

Registraion is open from September 8th. Registration of the title and authors of eventual posters or oral speeches are included in the conference registration. Registration is binding when registration fee is paid.
